Stripe identifiers (e.g., Connect ID). *We do not store card numbers.
Sessions/cookies, download tokens, logs

Information Related to Payments & Payout Setup

Stripe Connect connection status (connected account ID, payout eligibility, last updated time, etc.)
Internal statuses necessary to determine/hold/expire unclaimed earnings (180-day rule)
Note: Sensitive card information is stored by Stripe, not by our service.

2. How We Use Information

To authenticate users and manage accounts
To process payments and payouts
To prevent abuse and improve security/operations
To comply with laws and respond to inquiries

Operating the 180-day unclaimed-earnings policy: verifying Stripe payout setup, holding/unholding balances, notifying users, and expiring unclaimed earnings.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We share the minimum necessary data with Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell or rent data to third parties except as required by law.

4. Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures such as access control and encryption, though perfect security cannot be guaranteed.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for legal or operational purposes, and delete it appropriately when no longer needed.
