Terms of Service

These Terms (the "Terms") govern the use of アイ美女 (the "Service"). Please read and agree before using.

1. Definitions

• "Seller": a person who sells content (digital files) on the Service
• "Buyer": a person who purchases content on the Service
• "Content": images or other digital data

2. Account

The Service uses external authentication such as Google. Users must keep their registration accurate and manage their accounts responsibly.

3. Seller Warranties

Sellers represent and warrant that (1) they hold necessary rights, (2) do not infringe third-party rights, and (3) comply with laws and public order.

4. License & Usage

The usage scope on each product page prevails. Unless otherwise noted, personal use only; redistribution, resale, public transmission, and secondary distribution of modifications are prohibited.

5. Payments, Fees & Payouts

Payments are processed via Stripe or equivalent. A platform fee is deducted from sales.
20% of the tax-included price

• The fee is deducted at payment capture.
• Payouts follow Stripe Connect rules and schedule.
• Refunds/chargebacks/fraud may be offset against sales or adjusted later.
• The fee rate may change with prior notice on the Service.

Unclaimed Earnings Policy (180-Day Expiration)

To receive earnings, sellers must complete Stripe’s payout setup (create a Stripe Express account, complete identity verification, and register/activate a bank account). If the payout setup is not completed within 180 days from the payment completion date, such earnings may, at our discretion, expire, and the seller forfeits the right to receive them. Expired earnings are not returned.

While the payout setup remains incomplete, earnings are held by us in accordance with our policy. If the seller completes the payout setup during the hold period, we will process the payout within a reasonable timeframe. Chargebacks and other adjustments follow Stripe’s rules and processes.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are non-refundable after completion. Double charges, wrong charges, or defective files are handled individually.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Violations of laws or public order
• Infringement of third-party rights (copyright, trademark, portrait, etc.)
• Unauthorized access or tampering
• Interference with the Service operation
• Submitting false information

8. Content Removal & Account Suspension

We may remove unlawful/inappropriate content and suspend accounts when necessary.

9. Disclaimer

We do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the month concerned, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

Rights in content belong to the respective right holders. Ownership does not transfer upon purchase.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The revised Terms take effect upon posting.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by 日本法. The exclusive agreed jurisdiction is 東京地方裁判所.
